hang and sound

i face my problem for quite some time.whenever i watched movies between the movie sometimes it hangs and give a sound after that it runs as usual. after some time it happens again. it happens in games also. I formated my C Drive And re install windows 10. But my problem not solve. then I changed my Media player from pot player to media player classic. as usual nothing happen. then I borrow a graphics card gtx 970 from my friend. No my problem is still going on. I re assble my pc. put cooling paste to the processor. clean whole pc from dust. Nothing happen. test my hard disc And ram via softwares. They shown no problem found.now I am fade up. PLEASE HELP me.my configuration is
1. Asus p7p55d delux motherbord
2. Asus Gtx 670 4 GB graphics.
3. i5 760 2.80 Ghz
4. 8(2*2*4) GB ram
5. Cooler master v6 cooler
6. Cooler master 700 PSU
7. 4(1*1*2) TB hard disc.

Are the movies being watched from a DVD inserted into the workstation or directly accessed from one of your drives? By hanging do you mean the media player shows its "not responding" then asks you if you want to wait or close the application?

no I donn't watched from DVD. i watched from Hard Disk. No media player not shows its "not responding" and any that kind of massages.
