Why is it? That i can run BF3 on high at 30FPS at 1280x720 (very playable), but if i overthrow it to 1600x900 or 1920x1080 i'm barely playing low.

Specifications:

i5 2500 (stock)
NVidia GT 430 (yes it's a weak card but upgrades are not soon)
8GB DDR3 Mushkin.

-I get 15FPS on ultra @ 1280x720, 15FPS on low @ 1920x1080

Because your graphics card is handling about 1.5 times more pixels at 1600x900 than at 1280x720, and 2.25 times more pixels at 1920x1080.
 
1920x1080 requires about 2.5x as much processing power, if ultra includes any AA that will increase that by quite a bit more. The GT 430 really isn't meant for 1920x1080, it really isn't meant for gaming period so im not surprised that it can only pull off 30 FPS at 1280x720.
