hangs on logo

I have a Samsung RV511 and have recently tried to upgrade from win 7 to win 10. Everything goes smoothly until the restart after everything is downloaded. My laptop restarts and then hangs on the win 10 logo. I tried restarted and win 7 loads up and im greet with this message once I log on: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

You'll probably need to start over. Do you have windows 7 installation media or a factory OEM restore partition? If so that's one option.

You can also try doing a system repair by accessing the advanced boot menu options by pressing either F8 or Shift + F8 repeatedly as soon as you power the unit on, until the advanced boot menu appears and select the repair or reset option.

Its something to do with the wifi component the driver stops Windows 10 from installing there is a work around but it means disconnecting it and get a USB wifi dongle in order to use windows 10
