Hansol Warranty

Can no longer contact Hansol UK by phone. I have asked the service department for a active phone number and they declined my request. Hansols service dept have had my H550 TFT for over a month and they have informed me they are unable to obtain spares from Hansol nor can they obtain an estimated delivery date. They also informed me they cannot obtain stock to replace my monitor.

Given the fact that they cannot be reached by phone and they are unable to supply monitors or spares I have a deep concern as to whether Hansol are still in a sound trading position. I asked their service department if there was a problem in this area. I had hoped to receive a clear response, such as absolutely NOT but instead I received a negative answer, Not as far as we know.

Can anyone throw any more light on this please.

Since a quick trip to the home page of Hansol UK ends in automatically being shuffled off to the company's main site and the Customer Service page [http://www.hansolel.co.kr/english/], I'd say you have a problem, as well as Hansol UK. If they have an item owned by you, then I'd do my best to get it back right away. If it's under warranty, then I'd work with the main office and explain the problem to them. If it's an out-of-warranty item, then get it back, throw it out and buy a reputable manufacturer's product.
