Question Hard Brick and cant detect by my computer

I Have A Huawei Y366-u03
I just left it changing charging . And when i try it to open it stuck on huawei logo. I try to go recovery mode by using vol+ = power button it doesnt work
So i try usb cable and my computer didnt detect my phone. Please help i really need this phone
