I am planning to buy "Western Digital WDS240G2G0A 240GB SATA III 6GB/s 2.5 7mm Internal SSD " and my current motherboard is "Gigabyte Technology GA-B250M-DS3H LGA1151 Intel Micro ATX DDR4"... Are they compatible with each other? Do i need anything else with them?

There shouldn't be any issues what so ever to be honest.
You should be good to go!
You could go with m.2 drive instead of a physical SSD, will save you from connecting extra cables to be honest.

Hey, thanks for the answer, then what about "WD Green 240GB M.2 2280 Internal SSD"? Does that work with my motherboard? if it does, which is better option?
