[SOLVED] Hard Disk asking me to format it

Hi Good Day My computer(windows 10) recently got Blue Screen and somehow i can't boot it so i Tried to put my hard disk into my second computer which is running windows 7 and i can see the drives both c:\ and d:\, the d:\ drive can be opened however the c drive can't and asking me to reformat it
so i check disk management and the c:\ drive have 500mb/500mb 100% basically no files
is my c:\ empty or windows just can't recognize it?
is there a way to recover it?

-I tried to rename the drive but nothing

Pretty weird...
Maybe you can try opening disk management on your PC with the Hard Drive plugged in and see if there is any Media on it or anything. If there is Media/Partitions then maybe try right-clicking on your partition with your windows files installed on there and try and formating it to... I think FAT32 but I'm not quite sure.

It's shouldn't be shown as C: drive when it is in your PC....
We need to see that disk management screenshot please.
