Hard disk does not work in my pc but in other pc it works fine

In my pc the hard disk makes sounds of clicking and write "boot failure insert system disk and press enter" something like this.
But in my other pc it is working with no problem.
What is the problem??

Are you using the same data and power cables?

First off, I have to ask, are you trying to use the same boot drive (same OS) in two didfferent PC's? This won't work. The drivers installed in the OS are for the PC that it works in. Those drivers conflict with the motherboard of the PC that doesn't work. You would need to do a clean install of the OS to make it work on the other motherboard.
