Hi,
I have had some issues while playing star wars battlefront where my seagate disk usage would jump to 100%. Sometimes while copying files from this drive the explorer would crash. So, i checked the SMART attributes using HDTunes pro, and i was confused about some attributes which didn't seem right...
I am attaching the link to the the pics, where u can see The spin up time of seagate hdd is 0 ms, raw read error rate is high, there are seek error rates and the Head flying hours of my seagate drive is insanely high. There are other attributes too, even the smart values of my SSD doesnt seem so good... I am a little confused about the values coz i don't have better understanding of the attributes. So can u guys pls help me regarding this and confirm whether my disk SMART values are ok or not.... I have a lot of important data on the drives and don't want to lose it... I do format my drives a lot.... My seagate hard disk is just a few months old...
Update:
HDTune Pro results:
https://ibb.co/gQ2eDv - Seagate HDD
https://ibb.co/hqun0a - Transcend SSD
Edit: i did post speccy smart values first but that seemed to be way off the mark...
Guys i really need help with this problem, i am more worried about the seagate drive as i store all my data on this drive. I did contact Seagate customer care and they asked me to run seatools for dos and when i did the drive wasn't detected...
So i'm in contact with seagate customer support but i want some expert opinion here coz i lost all my data on my previous seagate drive. Though i did take a backup this time but still want to know whether the drive is ok or not...
