Hard Disk Fell off

My seagate hard disk fell off while it was in use. Now it is making chattering noise and whenever i plug it in, one of the partition is not shown. I have successfully copied my data from the other partitions but one partition is not showing up. Please let me know what to do, i just need around 100 mb of data from that partition.Could there be any way to repair the hard disk.

Firstly, a drive damaged by mechanical shock (eg dropping it) cannot be repaired.
The missing partitions may be due to that part of the actual disk platter being damaged where those partitions used to be.

I'll say yet again, as I'm frequently having to do, that you should always keep backups of your data on a second hard drive. Because even if you hadn't dropped the drive, all hard drives fail sooner or later no matter how carefully you treat them.

The dropped hard disk can be irrecoverable or recoverable. That always depends on the situation.
