My laptop is unable to detect my hard drive and the hard drive head is constantly parking after few seconds. What could be the problem? Is it bad PCB or something else?

Please see this video:

Solution
It's not "parking", but rather the head does not know what to do.
Click of Death. Any number of problems.

Ultimately, though...hard drives are a commodity item. It dies, replace.
Either free under warranty, or buy a new one.

Your data should never be at risk, because you've made backups before this happened.

If that is your drive in the video, it is absolutely dead.
If that is not your drive, but yours is making similar noises, it is also dead.

Fridge magnet donor.

At this point, it doesn't matter. It could be both, one, or none of those reasons. I suspect a dropped device, at some point, and a subsequent head issue (based on seeing similar occurrences and outcomes). That is only a guess.
