As soon as you start getting errors and warnings you should back up all your data off that drive and plan on it failing. The way to resolve it is to back up your data and get a new hard drive

Not all attributes are visible in that shot but it says there are some 'reallocated sectors'. That means the drive has been able to read he data from those sectors and moved them to reserved sectors and updated the mapping. You might have been lucky so far.

If there are 'uncorrectable error count' or 'pending sector count' that would indicate data loss has already occurred.

I agree with above posts, backup should be a routine and not just when drives show signs of problems ad failure and backup your data from the drive as it might fail anytime.
