But here is : Reallocated Sector Count 63 63 140 1095 Failed .
this "63" what is meaning? it was 110~120 (I don't remember) and is going down... now is 63... what will happen when will be "0" ?? Thank's
 
If the drive is beginning to fail, there is nothing you can do. ALL DRIVES FAIL at some time. Be sure to have your data backed up in case it fails. Assuming this is your windows drive, if you don't want to wait until it actually fails, you can clone the disk to a new drive and swap it out for the old one. Otherwise, back up the data, wait for the drive to fail. Install a new drive. Reinstall windows, then restore your data.
