Friends at 1st my 250gb got damaged, next 500gb damaged , today my another 500 gb also giving tick tick sound and PC not booting plz help me how to solve this issue

Have you tried booting in safe mode? It seems unusual to go through hard drives that fast.

can i replace SATA cable

I replaced SATA cable, now my working f9 for few minutes,
but after few minutes i restarted by SMPS not powering on,
also replaced another SMPS ,sometimes getting PC on,but sometimes not Powering ON,
please help can i go for buying new Branded SMPS currently im having MERCURY 450W indian make
