Hi guys .. I have by chance see via crystal Disk Info that my WD 1 TB HDD has 1 current pending sector and 1 uncorrectable sector
I have run hdd regenerator and it shows revived 8 sectors and ran it again from USB version and no issue were found
now pending sectors are back to 0 but it is still shows 1 for uncorrectable
Crystal Disk Info shows warning for it while HD Tunes doesn't !
I have run also HD Sentinel surface check and HD Tune and no bad blocks were found
Also ran CHKDSK with /f /r switches and it shows no bad sectors but result started with :
"CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.
No further action is required. "
Also I have run WD Life Guard short and long test and not errors found
Do you think that my hard disk is in bad status and failing or it was just a logical error and it is back now
and why the detected uncorrectable sector wasn't replaced by reserved space on HDD (nothing for relocated sectors)
P.S: 1-There is no degradation in performance that I have noticed
2-I was told that it is a normal behavior that happens for disks with large storage and it is not critical-Is that true ?
Here is some of scan result I have now :

I know that all drive will die and backup is essential but what I am asking if this is critical or not and why it wasn't re-allocated to spare disk space or I am wrong and it shouldn't do that ?

It's probably OK. For a while.

Any reallocation happens in spaces that you cannot see or access.

Data in previously failing sectors has apparently been reallocated to non-failing sectors.
Monitor it every few days. It may stay the same, it may get worse.

Backups...
