Hard disk make voice

Hello,
I get new H.D. but it make weird voice such as scratch something metal, and I changed it , the second H.D. made the same voice, I changed it with my past mine H.D. that haven't been making this sound before that rigor, it be A VOICE R LIKE the two H.Ds
The question is may Power supply is the problem

What do those voices say?
Anyways it sounds like your HDDs are going to fail physically. Broken heads etc etc.
I know HDDs are expensive these days , but, you need to get a new HDD and backup all the data that you need and then think of the steps to be taken next.

is the power supply problem in here? which the voice happened in my old HD which is not having this voice before

You could have manhandled the drives beyond their limits or then it's just time to change them. You could try another PSU but I doubt the noises because of a PSU.

I didn't mean that the source of voice from PSU but I meant that PSU supplied hard with differ volt and damaged it

I know the noise is not from the PSU. The noise is from the HDD and that is why the HDDs seem to be going bad.
