Hard disk not meeting expectations.On 18th percentile.

i seem to have a personal enemity with all hard disks for everyone of these seem to fail up on me. Check these benchmarks(toshiba one)

i stopped every possible background task and checked task manager it showed 100% disk usage up till 5 minutes then it fell to 0-8%.Then i took the benchmarks.Rig can be seen in the benchmarks.
This is what HD tune says:-

It wasnt a tip top HDD from start but 1 month earlier(its only 1 month old)it was on 44th percentile.

what?cool,no worries while SMART is OK my HDD is on 18th percentile.and sometimes its 12th also.
