Hard disk not spinning

My hard disk is not spinning.... So I thought it to be dead and brought a new hard disk.... Still same problem.

So, is my motherboard dead?

u might wanna check psu then the mobo. are there any indications that power is going to other components ?

how old is the build? what specs ?

Hi there Prateek Spk,

If everything else except for the HDD seems to power up, you can swap the cables and ports as well.
If nothing powers up at all, you can check whether your PSU is working properly. The easiest way to do so is just to borrow one from somebody and try it on your system.
