Hard disk Partition table problem

My secondary hard disk (slave) suddenly become un-readable, 4TB single partition with lot of documents and photos upto 2TB. Windows disk management tool shows as two partitions (one RAW and one unallocated), I ran the TestDisk utility to fix the partition but still shows error and unable to fix the issue. I am able to see the files through the utility. Here are the screen shots, doing the analyze again. Not sure why it shows boot sector error, this is not a bootable disk. Please share your thoughts to overcome this problem.

Drive may have failed, try running Recuva and see if it can pick anything up off that drive. I think TestDisk should give you an option to copy the files also. This is not really detailed info, but that is the utility I like to use outside of Recuva also https://www.easeus.com/resource/restore-raw-disk.htm

Is this data backed up elsewhere?
Is the drive still under warranty?

If so...test it with the manufacturers utility, and start the RMA process for a new one.
