My hard disk have three Partition, two is working but one needs format to show. What could I do.

Show us a screencap of your Disk Management window, so that we can see what you're referring to.

You do not give us much detail, so I will assume that you are running windows 10. Start the "Disk Manager" application by pressing "Start", then typing in "diskman" to run the software. Then you can create and format the partition.
