Hard disk shown as not connected after restart

I have a Desktop PC with 4 internal HDD.

One of them constantly disconnects after a restart. It's not found in device manager even.

I have to turn off the PC completely (via the power button) and then it will boot it with it.

Anyone has an idea what can it be?

Check the sata and power cables, if not check the drive health, it could be the drive starting to fail.

What exactly can I check in the power cables? They are just.. cables.

It's all new, the cables and the drive and it happens in this exact pattern. Doesn't seem like drive health issue.

It doesn't actually say in the specs.

It's a small server. The model of the server is this: PC: Dell PowerEdge T20 E3-1225v3 | T20-3708.
It says PSU 290W.

I would try another power supply.
Typically that's how they start dyeing.

I am not gonna buy a new PSU to try someone's guess

Go to a store, buy a Power Supply. If it doesn't improve the situation, return it and get your money back.

I had a similar problem, not exactly the same, at the end it was the hard drive failing (I did check the drive's health and there was any errors or problems). But again might not be your case.
