Solution
Hi there CFG_Psychoo,

Is the drive powering up?

You need to check if the drive is recognized by BIOS. In case it is recognized over there, it should be recognized by Disk Management as well. If this is the case, you can just Initialize -> Partition and format it.
In case it is not recognized by BIOS, you need to use different cables(both SATA and power ones) and attach it to a different port. If the issue persists, most probably the drive is a DOA one. It will not hurt to try it on another system.

Let me know in case you have some more questions,

First, make sure the cables are properly connected.

Then, make sure your BIOS boot device priority setting is correct.

For example, if you have a Seagate drive in which case a device such as "ST1000dm003" should be set to position "1"

If your SSD, contains your operating system. This position will be "2"
