3 years warranty pre january 2012. Have u removed any screw from ur hard disk or is there sign of anything burnt? Beware even damaged screw will void warranty of ur hard disk. In every hard disk manufacture site there is a rma section where u can get warranty info by entering ur serial or parts number. There are also photos of warranty void products. Is ur system branded.
