I just want to know that if by connecting to my sata express cable to my hdd will it be different towards sata iii
The performance will it be faster for my wd blue 1tb 64mb cache?

Your disk would also have to support SATA express but HDDs can't even match speeds of SATA3 (6GB/sec) and barely can saturate SATA2 (3GB/sec) so any faster interface would not help at all.
