Question Hard drive act as CD Rom and no media.

Hi helper... I Jonah Toa... Frm PNG and I encountered a problem with hard drive act as CD Rom.. There is no media and I try to format it but still my drive rejected... I try all my knowledge but nothing happened.... plis I need your advice please
