Hard Drive Benchmark Tool

I:'m looking for an harddrive benchmark tool to test the file transfer speeds of my HD's and SSDs.. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I remember using HD Tach a while ago... AIDA64 also has a Disk benchmark utility.
