Hard drive booting

[I need help with my pc]

Hi thank you for reading this, I just finished installing my new Psu gpu and fan but I have a problem, I feel like I installed the hard drive right but every time I try to boot it gives me and error saying I have the data one in and the other one(reason I say that cus I'm new to PCs) can anyone help why this would be the case?

It is not really clear what the error message says.
How many HDDs do you have?
I guess you can start with just testing your drive/drives: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
In case there is something wrong with any of them, it may be a good idea to back up the data stored on the drives.

Your question isn't too clear, but the best thing to start with when you have boot issues after removing and reinstalling a drive is to choose a boot device in BIOS (usually F12 at boot, restart and check)
