How concerned should I be about this drive? I recently started getting a caution on CrystalDiskInfo.

I'm getting a caution for:
C5 Current Pending Sector Count (Current, 100) (Worst, 100)
C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count (Current, 100) (Worst, 100)

Thanks in advance!

If chkdsk didn't resolve pending sectors, then you can do it for sure with
mhdd (scan with relocate option).

As about replacement of the drive.. It's a bit too early.
You can start thinking about replacement, when you have some relocated sectors on your drive.
Pending sectors are just warning.

Anyway - you should always have backup of your important data.

24 pending sectors (hex 18).
Pending means - the sector could not be read at some point of time. To resolve pending status, sector has to be overwritten.
Try running from elevated command prompt - it fixes file system errors and tries to recover bad blocks:
  • chkdsk X: /f /r
(replace X with appropriate drive letter).
But be warned - depending on drive size this can be rather long process.

Thanks SkyNetRising; I'm going to try this again. The first time I did it, it seemed like it stalled at 11%. However, after reading around, that seems to be a common thing and that it's really working. So I was going to let it run overnight.

I let it run overnight and ran CrystalDiskInfo again and got the same results. However, I ran WD Data Lifeguard too and it pass on that program. I'm thinking though at this point, I should just move over to a new drive to be safe?

Thanks for all your help everyone, especially SkyNetRising! Per your recommendation I am going to download and run the MHDD tool next. I do have my data backed up so I'm not as concerned with the drive going out unexpectedly.
