Hi, I have a Samsung SSD 970 Evo Plus 500GB hard drive. Recently, I have been having issues with the windows store and xbox with regards to downloads. In the linked image (I hope you can zoom in) you can see on the right side that the C: drive properties state that 395GB is used, with remaining 69.8GB remaining. However, upon looking at all of the folders properties together, it adds up to 465GB. This includes hidden files. How could there be more space used than what the properties of the drive show? At the same time, on the left. Somehow, there's another C: drive inside a windows application folder, inside the C: drive. The drive doesn't have the capacity to have double the information it should but as I'm not sure it's a shortcut, I'm afraid of deleting it. I'm so vexed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. View: https://imgur.com/a/Uc8qBq7
