Hard drive crashed and was replaced, computer not recognizing new drive

I recently had my hard drive crash, and about two days later I replaced it. My computer doesn't recognize the new one, and I've checked the SATA and power supply. No problems with them.

Some specs:
FX-4130 (3.8GHz) Processor
8GB DDR3 RAM, Power Supply: 300 WATT
Currently trying to put in a 250GB SATA 7200RPM HDD
AMD Radeon 6670 1GB Graphics

In BIOS there is no sign of the new hard drive?
