Hard drive disabled, new computer won’t boot into windows

I’ve built a computer and I keep having problems! I’m down to what will hopefully be my last but I can’t figure it out. I turn my computer on and it goes through my motherboard screen and a couple command screens but then goes black with a small white flashing bar in the top right corner. I go to the bios menu and go to the boot sequence and see that my hard drive is called IDE: WDC WD10EZ. It’s also says “A device enclosed in the parenthesis has been disabled in the corresponding type menu”. I don’t know how to fix this so if you can help thank you!
