Hard drive disapperaed

hi,

i installed an ssd 1 month ago. everything worked fine. today when i turned on my pc, my keyboard didnt work. some buttons (like Fmode or sound buttons) works. but rest doesnt. after that, my old hdd disappeared from my pc and device manager. i can see it on bios but not on windows. does that have anything to do with keyboard not working? what do i do now? please help.

you may be having a hardware (like motherboard) failure. I recommend trying a fresh installation of windows to determine if its a software or hardware issue.

what about keyboard not working?
why is that happening at the same time. i cant do a system restore either. it fails everytime. checked the pc with malwarebytes too. nothing...
