Hard Drive Disconnects after a while

Comupter Specs Below:
- MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Motherboard
- Intel i7-4770 3.4ghz
- 8gb Ram
- Palit Jetstream GTX 760 Ti 4gb
- Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
- 240gb Kingston SSD (OS located here)
- 2 TB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164 (Problematic hard drive)

Scenario
1. PC boots up
2. Checking Bios, everything is in order
3. Windows boots up
4. Drives are all in place
5. Both drives working usual
6. After 15-20 minutes, Seagate HDD is no longer in the system
7. Restart PC
8. Check Bios again
9,. HDD is no longer detected
10. Checking harddrive, it is still on and spinning
11. No odd sounds from the hard drive
12. Device Manager shows that ATA Channel is still detected (So cable is still there)
13. CHKDSK did not detect any problems with problematic drive
