[SOLVED] hard drive does not have the space it should have

i built a gaming pc just a month ago with a hard drive of 2 tb in it and and 256gb ssd i put all my games on my ssd until it was full. i wanted to put things on my harddrive but my system says there is only 1,8 gb of space on it. is there someone wo can solve this problem?
it is a toshiba 2 tb bulk harddrive.

A "2TB" drive will read as 1.81TB in WIndows. This is normal and to be expected. There is no "problem".

It is simply a difference in units and how things are counted.
Base10 vs Base 2
Human vs Computer.
Gigabyte vs gibibyte.

There is no space missing. ALL drives are like this.

but why can't i put games on it

in the disk management i saw that there was and harddrive with 1,81 tb but i dont know how to put games on it and why there is an other drive with 2gb that i dont know about.
