Well i don't really remember when it started but i've been replacing parts in my computer for quite some time. And everything worked perfect. But now when I start my games... My screen goes black but i can hear youtube playing in the background. I can't alt f4 or ctrl alt del. Its not responding. All i can do is press the reset button. And the only thing i haven't replaced in my pc is my hard drive. So i wonder if that may be the problem. Also my computer is really slow when starting up. Games that makes my computer freeze/Crash is Overwatch but only when i boot it up. League of Legends is the same. But only when it is going into the loading screen. Also sometimes when i watch youtube it suddenly becomes unresponsive and I can't click anything i can only move the cursor. The keyboard wont work and commands wont work. But if I wait it out for like 5 minutes. It kinda restarted itself too. And the commands i tried like ctrl alt del will activate like they are delayed.

Solution
Ah, since it's an HDD it will wear out over time and start doing what you have described. The reason behind this is that HDDs use moving parts. And since friction exists, any moving parts are going to wear down over time. Therefore eventually an HDD will also wear out. So your only option is to replace with either a new HDD, or if you can afford it, an SSD (solid state drive), the reason SSDs are better is because they are completely digital. Nothing inside it moves, hence the name, solid state. They are also extremely faster. When you turn on your computer, it will take much less time. But since they are so great, the price isn't. They cost up to 4 times as much. On Amazon, you can get a 250GB HDD for $20, and a 250GB SSD for $80. But...

Personally, I'd still go with an HDD just because they are so cheap. Whatever you do, DO NOT TRY TO FIX YOUR CURRENT HDD! Just opening the case of an HDD will instantly ruin it. A single speck of microscopic dust on the disk will break it. And, as you probably know, there are millions of those in the air around you.

TL;DR: You need to get a new HDD/SSD
