Hard drive failure?

Recently my computer slowed to a halt, found out some data was corrupted on my hard drive and had to format it and do a clean install of Windows 7. After doing this, my computer started running fine again and I ran HD Tune to see if there are any problems. It turns out that my computer has a count of 126 for Reallocated Event Count, and 13 Current Pending Sectors. Both of these categories are highlighted with a warning on HD Tune and I am worried how long it will be before my hard drive craps out on me again. Can anyone tell me how much longer the hdd will last and how soon I should replace it?

Thanks.

Solution
Replace it right away. Bad sectors are like grey hairs once they appear more are likely to follow.

Check and see if the drive is still under warranty you may be able to replace it for free.
