hard drive file format

hello I have a hp stream 13 notebook I have changed hard drive to ntfs what is the correct format that it came from factory with I'm using windows 10 thanks

NTFS of course.

it's a 32 gig hard drive so I don't think I can use ntfs I'm doing a clean install and it can't see my hard drive I've tried gparted but I can't get windows to see it computers are frustrating I know this much

To use W10 you need NTFS. It won't run on Fat32.
