Question Hard Drive files disappeared.

Hello guys, i have a very weird issue. Sometimes the files from my hard drives disappear, not the folders but the files inside but the capacity stays the same. I restart my pc and then the boot takes too long. The only solution is to shutdown pc and then start it again then everything fixes. I changed sata cable but still the same and it happens every 2-3 days. What could it be?

All perfect hdd health is good with over 1000 days remaining. Malwarebytes scan 0 issues.
