Hard Drive Full, Don't Know Why?

So I have only 10GB left of my 500GB SSD but I have no idea why.. I went to the Unistall Programs and went down the list and nothing is sticking out and I just dont understand how I have low space? Is there a program that I can use to see more info on what is taking up so much space?

Ccleaner is a good tool for cleaning up space as well, or you can do it manually. Do you store all your files on the SSD? Things like Video files can take up a lot of space. Some games are huge too, if you are a gamer. I have 2 500GB SSDs in my system, the C: drive has tons of space left but the D: where my Steam directory is is 3/4 full.

Yup mostly hidden games that somehow didnt show up in the uninstall program list and various other hidden videos from when i first got my GoPro.
