Hard drive grinding noise but no problems?

Hello, i am concerned about my HDD making some weird noises when in use.
The sounds specifically occur when I am using the HDD, or when I go into the D: directory.

When I start up a game that is installed onto my D: disk, it starts to produce a (quiet) grinding noise, but noticable. I am very concerned of this, because the disk (with the PC) isn't that old (3 months).

When I go into the D: directory, (This PC -> I click on the disk) it makes a kind of whining sound.

The weird thing is, I experience no problems with my HDD whatsoever. I can play games perfectly on it, but I am still concerned because it shouldn't really be making this noise right?

I checked the disk for bad sectors with chkdsk. It found no problems.

My question is, is it normal for a (supposedly healthy) hard drive to make a quiet but really noticable grinding noise? Or am I just too worried?

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 3,0 GHz
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3 GB
256 GB SSD
1 TB SATA HDD (7200 rpm)
Windows 10
500W PSU

Solution
Typically a HDD will make some noise, and sometimes it's a grinding noise. The question I would ask is if the sound from this drive has changed at all (louder, or just started making noise).

The drive may be fine, but the tests should tell you.

This would be a good time to think about your backup strategy and make sure ALL your important data is backed up - HDD's often fail without any warning.

Thank you. Will do ASAP. Currently not able, will probably be tomorrow morning.
I checked it already with the windows feature, which detected no problems. Hope that I will get some clarification with this

I never noticed the sound before a couple of days ago, it just started making this sound recently.
I have done all kinds of tests, and none of all detect any kinds of problems with my drive.
I have no important data saved on my HDD, just games and some pictures and documents I never use. The PC is quite new after all

I am probably just too worried?
