hello i cant format my hard drive to fat32 all it says NTFS and some thing els but not fat 32 can some help me get this back to fat 32

Hard drive means ur HDD or PD

Download Hirene's boot, burn it on cd, boot from cd, start mini xp, go to: right click on my computer, manage, disk management, and from there try to format as fat 32.
