Hard Drive Help!

I bought a Seagate 1tb external HDD for my Xbox One(500 Gigs is for chumps).It fell over and the cables disconnected.I turned on the Xbox and the hard drive's blue light turned on solid.I could hear the platter moving but when I went to check my game library a lot of games were gone.Please help guys.I appreciate it!

I wouldn't be surprised if the drive is physically damaged, especially if it was reading/writing when it fell over

I carefully tilted it over and it felt like something was loose.What would be your recommended course of action?

Sorry about the delayed response, hopefully this'll help if you see it.

I would try the external on a regular computer. See if anything can be read. I'll be in a weird file format, so you're just looking to see if your computer recognizes it.

If that doesn't work, you'll probably have to get a new one
