Hard drive help

yea my secound hard drive doesnt even show up in disk managment or my computer but it shows up in deciver manager and bios for some reason it says that both of my hard drives are connected through usb
please help

pc specs are
asus m5a97 evo mother board
1 western digital 1 tb hard drive
1 western digital 350 gb hard drive ( the problem hard drive)
amd phenom ii x6 1090t 3.2 ghz 6 core processor
amd radegon hd 6450

Through USB is really strange as is not showing up in control panel/administrative tools/computer management/storage/disk management where you would allocate and assign a drive letter! Are you logged on as admin?
