Hard drive iomega not working but there is a blue light

Hello,Ive dropped the iomega hardrive and now the blue light appears but Im pretty sure after it fell to the ground, its not the same. And to my great shock and sadness, its unfortunately not getting recognized. I wish I could fix this myself 🙁

The model information would be helpful, but if it's a old cartridge based Iomega (100mb) at least your data is still okay, if it's a regular hard drive in an external enclosure then the fall probably toasted the drive. Taking it apart and seeing if it will work on an internal interface (SATA/PATA) would be your next step.
