Hard Drive is audible and noisy

I have had this hard drive for over almost 2 years. Until a few days ago, I've noticed the sound of my hard drive when my computer is right next to me at leg level. i know it's my hard drive, since I unplugged each case fan one by one until I stopped hearing the noise after unplugging the hard drive. They say that if your hard drive is making certain noises, then it is a sign of future failiure. But Speccy says that all of the SMART tests say "good". So I don't know what to do. How loud should a hard drive be?

The SMART test say everything is "good". Does that not mean the hard drive won't fail?

Make full image backups of your OS and Data partitions residing on that problematic HD onto affordable and reliable external media today, if not yesterday. Please spend valuable hard-drive spin time making backup today if not yesterday.
