I bought a laptop a couple months ago from Best Buy. It had win 10 home on it. I managed to format it, in order to install Ubuntu. It had/has a couple partitions, that I was able to use a partition program on. Now that doesn't even work. Thought 'd just reinstall win 10 home and use the partition program to make it 1 partition, but it doesn't see the hard drive now, either.
I realize this is kind of uninformed, but I have no idea what an expert needs to know in order to help me with this problem.
I am at a loss and about to throw it against a wall and then go postal.
How do I get the dammed hard drive back? I just want an OS that doesn't spy on me and charge me for codecs and whatnot. Win 10 is evil incarnate, after all.
