Hard drive issue

my laptop hangs and restarts during playing a video its product id is 1952 AD8 can u help me why is it and how can i solve the problem

That doesn't sound like your hard drive is the problem here. Couldn't find much info on your laptop but I think your crash may have something to do with low ram. Could you post the memory dump? That would probably help isolate the problem.

I would also say that this doesn't really sound like a HDD related issue.
Yet, if you think that there is something wrong with it, you can just test it: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
If there is something wrong with it, you need to back up the data stored on it.

Does this issue occur only when playing videos?
