Hard drive issues

I just built a new computer, and have 3 drives, an ssd, a hard drive, and a disk drive. In the bios and the windows device manager they all show up, however, when I go to "this PC", only the ssd and disk drive show up under devices and drives, so I am unable to install any programs on my regular hard drive. Any and all help is appreciated.

Right click on This PC and go to Manage. Then on the left had side go to Disk Management

on the bottom half the middle screen you should see all 3 disk and how they are partitioned. Do you see all 3 disk? if you do post a screen shot of it if you can to help move things along quicker

If you don't then something isn't connected/enabled properly
