Hard drive issues

I have 2 hard drives on my computer.. one is the system the second one for movies pics etc.. when I take out the second one and start my system with just 1 it wont boot.. can anyone help me ? thanks in advance..

your OS is in which harddrive ?

the first 1 has the win7.. im not sure if i installed them together or installed windows on one and then installed the second one just for movies pics and music stuff like that

you might need go to bios and reselect your boot drive once you removed second one.
also you might be removing drive that actually contains OS
