Hard drive makes Loud noise

Ive had my pc for about 2 years and ever since i got it it keeps making a very loud noise. The hard drive also viberates slightly with the noise

Have you been making routine full image backups of your OS and Data partitions? Reason for asking: if the HD ever begins to develop physical failure, your backups will be much more easier to restore then it will be to do a data recovery operations [whether it be by a professional service or DIY attempts].
